We are both so thrilled to be uniting in Marriage at Gran Bahia Principe Bavaro Resort on the sun kissed beaches of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We would be honored and delighted if you were able to be a part of our dream coming true.

Where we are going:
The beautiful five star all inclusive resort “Gran Bahia Principe Bavaro Resort” in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. This is a perfect beachfront beauty which has an exceptional array of facilities and activities.

When we are going:
We will be departing from Toronto Pearson Airport March 19, 2012 to return to Toronto on March 26, 2012. Flight times are not available yet, but as the date approaches we will be well informed.

What is included in the cost:
*Roundtrip airfare from Toronto
*7 nights of accommodations in a Junior Suite
*Roundtrip hotel transfers in Punta Cana
*24 hour all-inclusive ( all meals, drinks, snacks, non motorized water-sports, scuba lesson, day time tennis, land sports, mini golf, disco and karaoke bar, kids club with playground, daily activities program, nightly entertainment, on site shuttle, gratuities and more! The hi-light will be attending our wedding as very special guests.

What is our room like:
Junior Suites: has Air Condition and ceiling fan, 2 full size or 1 king bed, phone, satellite TV, stocked mini bar, pay safe, full bathroom with hydro massage tub and shower, hairdryer, balcony or terrace. Rooms will accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child. (Children ages up to 12)




What about Travel Insurance:
Robert Q travel strongly recommends travel insurance to protect yourself before and during your holiday. In the cost section to follow, there is a breakdown of the insurance options available to you, from a Deluxe Inclusive package, to medical, cancellation, accident and baggage.

Are there optional excursions available:
There are a wide variety of optional excursions offered at the Gran Bahia Principe Bavaro. These are additional in cost and are your own expense. Offered tours include, Zip-lining, off road buggie-tours, helicopter tour, horse back riding, deep sea fishing, boat excursions, diving, water skiing, city tours, and more.
These are booked and paid for locally with our Sunquest Vacations rep.
At the resort you will also find a spa, casino, shopping venues, hairdresser, medical services, and internet café at additional fees.

The cost and payment schedule:
All these prices are in Canadian Dollars. There is no local departure tax from Punta Cana, as it is included in the taxes already. Rates are per person.

Double Occupancy (2/room) $1120.84 + $244.16tax= $1365.00
Single Occupancy (1/room) $1450.84 + $244.16tax= $1695.00
Triple Occupancy (3/room) $1070.84 + $244.16tax= $1315.00
1st child $940.84 + $244.16tax= $1185.00
2cnd child $530.84 + $244.16tax= $775.00

Deposit amount $200.00 per person due on or before July 25, 2011.
Balance is due on or before January 31, 2012.

Travel Insurance:
There are different types of insurance policies available to you. Any insurance that includes cancellation coverage must be paid with your deposit to ensure that you are protected from the time you book your vacation. The cost is determined by the amount of your vacation to be protected, and your age.

Deluxe Package: This coverage includes cancellation, (unexpected emergencies), interruption (in the event you need to rush home due to an emergency), unlimited medical, baggage and accident insurance. We also include a rider on our policies that will give you a maximum refund of $500.00 per person providing you cancel at least 48 hours prior to departure for any reason at all.

Non-Medical Package: This coverage includes all of the above except the unlimited medical coverage.

You can also purchase all of the above mentioned components individually.

In the event you do not have cancellation insurance and you must cancel your vacation. Please note that this holiday is 100% nonrefundable.
